Converting To Chartered Status With RICS

Converting To Chartered Status With RICS

The Hull and East Yorkshire Local Association of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ( RICS ) are hosting a seminar.

Regional trainer, David Varley will lead the event to advise candidates on approaching and getting ready for their final assessment to convert from graduate to chartered status with the RICS.

The seminar on 18 May will be held at County Hall, East Riding Council, featuring advice and insight from Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Assessors and the RICS Regional Training Advisor.

The event includes a detailed overview of the document submission process and the final interview. There will also be a Q&A.

Simon Delaney, chartered building surveyor at Delaney Marling Partnership helps to organise these events. He says:

“The RICS is a fantastic organisation, it supports members with training and advice however, becoming chartered is a process which requires a log of evidence, captured over 2 years of work experience.”

“This seminar will be valuable to graduates in the final stages of assessment and will provide valuable insight.”
