Leading Hull lettings agency Lime Property is to inject some zest into East Yorkshire’s property market by opening a new office in Beverley.
The office, which will be on the corner of Dyer Lane and Saturday Market, will offer top quality apartments and houses across the town and surrounding villages, and is a joint venture between Lime owner Paul Green and well known Beverley resident Charlotte Mettyear.
Headquartered at the Pod in St Andrews Quay, Lime Property was recently rated Hull’s number one lettings agency by national property website Rightmove when surveyed by a mystery shopper assessing local agency responses times.
Charlotte, who is presently a lettings negotiator at Lime Property and has been with the company for three-and-a-half-years, will manage the Beverley operation from its launch in January next year.
She said:
“Beverley is a very traditional town and our intentions are to respect those traditions and the way people do business, but also to bring to Beverley the kind of service that has put us at the top of Rightmove’s mystery shopper survey, making us the best performing lettings agent in Hull.”

Lime Property is currently in negotiations with a number of local landlords and will be offering a range properties in Beverley when the office opens in the New Year.
Work to transform the listed building in Saturday Market has already got underway and is expected to be finished before Christmas time.
Paul Green, owner of Lime Property, said the move was part of a growth strategy which could see the business expand into other parts of the east riding in the future.
“Beverley is going to be a great move for us and is the natural place for us to set up now we are officially the best agency in the region,”he said.
“But I don’t think we will stop there. The East Riding covers a large area so I fully expect in the future we will open in other strategic places as well, so we can extend the Lime Property customer experience to the whole of the county.”
